Building certification of a home extension in Hawthorne, Brisbane
Building Certification For Extension
When the next project is a renovation or extension, Fluid Building Approvals and Planning are here to provide peace of mind. When the owners of this classic Queensland home in the south Brisbane suburb of Hawthorne recently chose a designer and builder to complete a home extension, Fluid Building Approvals were there to provide a complete building certification service.
The project process:
- Working together: The Fluid team took the time to work with the designer and builder to identify any challenges early to streamline the process, saving time and money.
- Negotiating the Approvals Process: As Hawthorne is a traditional suburb, Fluid successfully submitted the required development application to Brisbane City Council and advised on specific traditional character requirements.
- Proactive solutions: The Fluid team understood the importance of providing proactive advice for specific elements of the Hawthorne build, like the installation of the fireplace, to ensure the project stayed on track while meeting all required building codes and laws.
WHY CHOOSE US?
The team at Fluid Building Approvals understand the importance of great communication and solid working relationships throughout the building process.
