Does your project need town planning advice or service? Our in-house Town Planners provide you with peace of mind. We offer professional planning services to Fluid clients obtaining their building approval in Queensland. Whether it is a secondary dwelling, dual occupancy, multiple dwellings or a challenge with your building envelope our highly experienced town planning team will keep your project flowing smoothly. When Something Extra is Required
If required, we work closely with local authorities to gain special permits for plumbing, siting/boundary setback variations, building over existing infrastructure such as sewer or storm water pipes and submission of residential town planning applications. All correspondence, including approved plans and inspection reports, are forwarded on to the local authority for their records.
