Start your building approval

Your project will be managed by Damian Burstow and his friendly team, digitally queued and tracked. You will receive updates and a high five when the job is done!

Adjustments required – no problem

Should your project require adjustments, your Fluid Client Relationship Manager and your Brisbane South Building Certifier, will personally liaise with you to clearly explain the situation and walk with you to keep your project on track.


Good news! Fluid Brisbane South is licensed to provide building certification on behalf of your local council.  The result is we provide hassle free building approvals in an excellent time frame.  Should your approval require council involvement, Fluid will liaise with council for you.
