WHEN SOMETHING EXTRA IS REQUIRED
If required, we work closely with local authorities to gain special permits for plumbing, siting/boundary setback variations, building over existing infrastructure such as sewer or storm water pipes and submission of residential town planning applications.
All correspondence, including approved plans and inspection reports, are forwarded on to the local authority for their records.
