We get to know you
“Hello! Welcome to Fluid. Tell us about your project”. These are the first words you will hear. You don’t need to know the answers, we will take the time to understand your building approvals project, and explain the steps.
Your project details
At Fluid Sunshine Coast, our greatest joy is to make building approvals easy (and maybe even fun!). We will listen to your project details, provide a written quote and help you find any documents you require.
Start your building approval
Your project will be managed by Richard, our experienced Sunshine Coast building certifier, digitally queued and tracked. You will receive updates and a high five when the job is done!
Adjustments required – no problem
Should your project require adjustments, your Fluid Client Relationship Manager and your Sunshine Coast Building Certifier will personally liaise with you to clearly explain the situation and walk with you to keep your project on track.
APPROVED!
Good news! Fluid Sunshine Coast is licensed to provide building certification on behalf of your local council. The result is we provide hassle free building approvals in an excellent time frame. Should your approval require council involvement, Fluid will liaise with council for you.
